Episode 4: Gypsy border punch

I love border punches, but I only own one! :-)  First, they are a bit pricey, and I would rather spend the money on Cartridges. Second they take up a lot of space.  Third, I have about 20 that I have designed on my Gypsy so I don't actually need to buy them!  In this video I show you how to design a simple border punch with your Gypsy.

Here are links to a couple of cards I have made using 'border punches' that I designed on my Gypsy:

Easter Card
Sweet Treats Cake Card

  6. Great Video. Everything is explained so that even a novice could do it. Like you, I think the punches are a bit pricey. Especially if it is one you would seldom use. Thanks for sharing this info.

  7. Awesome job. I'm not very good with designing and thinking outside of the box but you are right, the punches are pricey! Any chance you would be willing to share some of the cut files for other border punches that you have designed?

    thanks

  9. I learned a ton from your video-I hate border punches due to my poor operating-which is why I love my cricut. THANKS for showing a new way I can use my gypsy for borders. No cost-no storing punches. Just my gypsy! Thank you.

  10. What a great idea. I am to cheap, I mean frugal, to buy all those punches so I am doing a happy dance. I will need to start working on these.
