Hello, my crafty friends! Today is my DT day over at She's a Sassy Lady! I have a fun project to share with you today using homemade action wobbles plus a video tutorial!

I made this quick tag and then put the pumpkin on a tiny action wobble that I made myself.
Here is a side shot of the homemade action wobble under my pumpkin die cut. I love that you can make them as small as you need them to be for your project! It doesn't hurt my feelings at all that they are so inexpensive to make. LOL (Scroll down for a video tutorial)
I tied a double bow with Marmalade Crinkle Ribbon, added a bit of twine and a small circle with the spider stamped on it to dress up the center. The spider and sentiment on this tag are from the Stampin' Around Fall and the Best Witches to You stamp sets.
The cute face is from Peachy Keen stamps and I added glossy accents to make the eyes stand out. The pumpkin was cut at 2.18 inches from the Happy Hauntings cartridge.
Here is a video tutorial showing how I made my own action wobbles:

ReplyDeleteYour card and tag are the cutest! I've been making home made wobbles for years. I just made a Halloween card with a wobble. The members on the Silhouette Plus forum wanted to know how I made them. I wrote out some instructions but a video is so much nicer. I'm going to share the link to your great video tutorial on making the home made wobbles. I make them almost exactly the same way. Thank you so much for making this and sharing your cuter than ever card and tag. xxx- Debbie

What an A D O R A B L E project!!!! LOVE it!! And, THANK YOU for the simple way to make wobbles!!! Now I want to "wobble" EVERYTHING!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tutorial love the pumpkin on the tag it is soo cute, also it is great to see someone else doing the wobbles. The action wobbles are not available in New Zealand so I have made my own for some time. You say your glue gun and you don't always get along as it burns have you tried the "Hot glue gun helpers" watch it at http://youtu.be/IfaqtCj1XqY I found these are great when using hot glue guns.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip - I may have to try the hot glue gun helpers. :)
