Happy Mother's Day to each of you!

What a wonderful blessing it is to be a mother!  How empty my life would be without family!!

I feel so blessed when I think of my own sweet mom.  She is still 'mothering' me and she is a wonderful Grandma to my children. I can't even imagine what my life would be like without her!

I also have a sweet mother-in-law and many other women in my life who have mothered, mentored, taught and loved me.  What a difference good women can make in this world.

I found this video on lds.org and thought I would share.  Made me smile.  :)

produced in association with several faith groups to remind people everywhere of the importance of families.

"As daughters of God we are each unique and different in our circumstances and experiences. And yet our part matters—because we matter. Our daily contributions of nurturing, teaching, and caring for others may seem mundane, diminished, difficult, and demeaning at times, and yet as we remember that . . .  we are daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us - it will make all the difference in our relationships and our responses." - Elaine S. Dalton

Have a wonderful day!

  3. Happy Mothers Day to you as well! What a beautiful post and lovely photos! You are very lucky to have your Mother with you. My Mother passed away 7 years ago, that's why I find it difficult to make Mothers Day cards. I am lucky though to still have my Father. He will be 90 years old next month and the Doctors are amazed at what good health he is in, he actually walks about a mile every day with his walker.
    Have a wonderful day!
