Monday Challenge #111 - Favorite Technique

Happy Monday, my crafty friends!  The sun is shining here (after weeks of rain) and I have to say, I love sunshine!

It seems there is always something fun and new to try with paper crafting.  I love that about this hobby!  It is really fun to try something new and challenge myself.  Do you have a new paper crafting technique that you have just discovered?  Do you have a favorite technique that you use on almost every paper crafting project you make?  What is your favorite technique?

This week's challenge: Favorite Technique
Be sure to leave a comment telling us what favorite technique you used on your project!

Check out these fun projects from my awesome design team!!:

The chalkboard technique Heather used on her jar is so fun!  I love her blue chevron paper and did I mention how much I love her chalkboard affect?!

Heather used the Jar Basics stamps and metal dies to create her beautiful jar and added Sequins from the Tuxedo sequin set.  Her 'mmmm good!" sentiment is from the Bon Appetit stamp set.  She also tied Black Jute Twine around her card.

GiGi

GiGi's bee is adorable!  I love all of her pen work!  Doodling is a technique GiGi uses on all of her cards and it adds so much!  Her stamped sentiment is from the Down On The Farm stamp set.  Her large banner is from the  Lacy Banners metal die set and her small banner is from the Tiny Banners metal die set.

Robin

Robin's shaker card is so fun!  Her jar is filled with sequins (Chocolate Sundae sequin set) and acorns from the Jar Full of Fall stamp set.   Robin used several great techniques on her gorgeous card!  She does a great job coloring with the Copics (a technique I would like to learn)!  Her jar was created using the Jar Basics stamps and metal dies.  She cut her window with the large Ornate Labels metal die.

Her beautiful sentiments are from the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set.  Love the stitching!  This is definitely a technique I should use more often!  I love the ruffle Robin made with Caribbean crinkle ribbon.  So pretty!
