My Craft Spot Design Team
I have 8 very talented design team members!! Click on their names to explore their awesome blogs.
Hello all! My name is Kate and I'm from Ontario, Canada. My husband and I met in 1989 and have since been blessed with three wonderful children. I am self-employed, reviewing medical briefs and academic records for a private practice in neuropsychology. I am also working part-time toward a Masters Degree in Education and Digital technology. I hope to return to teaching one day as I have a passion for working with students with special needs and miss being in the classroom.
I've always enjoyed doing various types of crafts and was introduced to paper crafting about five years ago. I began with a few cutting tools and what was once contained in a box has now exploded into an entire craft room where I love to spend my free time.
I am delighted to be designing for My Craft Spot and cannot wait to share my creations with you!
Hi
everyone! My name is Ally Egaas. I live in beautiful Washington state,
with my wonderful husband Jim, and our three amazing girls. I am a stay
at home mom who loves being a homemaker. I've been paper crafting for
several years. One of my favorite "tools" is my Cricut machine. I truly
enjoy using my Cricut machine for card making and scrapbooking. Pairing
ribbon, Cricut cuts, and stamped sentiments together really create
heartfelt gifts that I love to give. When I'm not paper crafting I
enjoy, knitting, sewing, photography, and cooking. I'm really looking
forward to being a part of My Craft Spot Design Team!
Hi, my name is Marlene. I'm 27 years old, have been married for 8 years and have two wonderful little boys. I fell in love with papercrafting when I was pregnant with my first son and saw all of the beautiful things that could be done - its been 6 years since then! I love my Cricut Expression and Design Studio. I use them for almost EVERY project; together they have expanded my creativity level. Along with them, I love to use sketches, chipboard, inks, bling - stickles and pearls, my Signo White Pen, digital sentiments, and lots of layers on most of my creations. However, if I had to describe my crafting style, I'd say its Simple and Clean. Papercrafting has not only provided me with a creative outlet but also a way to find tranquility and great satisfaction when I see my projects come to life. I enjoy sharing all my work with everyone thru my blog, ScrappinCookie.
I love crafts of all sorts, but have really fallen in
love with paper crafting. I love making little cards and 3D gifts for
family and friends. My husband is the best in the world, he not
only supports me in this endeavor, he encourages me, and pays for it
all!
My name is Heather. I have been married for over 12 years, and have two adorable daughters age 7 and 8. I am blessed with the opportunity to be a stay at home mom, and home school my children, so scrapbooking and papercrafting is a natural way to spend my spare time - especially since both my girls love to help me! I love scrapbooking memories of my family, and in the last couple of years have grown to LOVE cardmaking - I love the instant gratification of a completed project! All the money I earn from selling my cards goes to build houses for widows and their children in Burundi, Africa through a ministry called Sister Connection. So far I have earned enough to build 2 houses, and am chipping away at the 3rd one now.
Hi, I’m Robin, a
military wife to my best friend and handy-man husband, who is currently active
duty Air Force. We have three wonderful daughters -(love and have fun with your babies, they
grow up ever so quickly). Ever since I was a little girl I was always creating something. When there were
paper and scissors handy I loved making paper dolls. And in the summer when my
family went camping I would create the most magnificent jewelry with the ''old''
pull tabs from soda pop cans, do you remember those {smile}. Now days I love paper craft and creating using my cricut machine from 3-d
projects to shape cards and everything in between. I hope you enjoy my projects
as much as I love to make them.
I am a wife and mom of 1 boy who is
about to graduate high school this month and head off to college. So I will
soon be an empty nester, and I’m not quite sure how I feel about that. I am
also a mommy to 3 fur babies. I have a 17 year old Shit Tzu, a 7 year old
Pekingese, and a 4 year old Yorkie. I have been crafting all my life. My
mom brought us crafting with anything and everything, so I am a jack of all
trades. Paper crafting is my true love though. I started scrapbooking in 1995
and that started my love of paper. In 2010 I got my first Cricut and it has
captured my heart. I love creating things out of paper and sharing my projects
on my blog. Unfortunately I don’t do much scrapbooking anymore, but I make lots
of cards and other fun projects.
Hello Everyone! My name is Sherrie and I am from Minnesota. I have
been married to my high school sweetheart 30 years come this March. We
have 2 boys and 1 girl which are all grown~ages 23, 25 and 28. My
daughter is married and has a little girl, Arya who is 1 yr old which we
love to pieces. I work part time watching my granddaughter which I thoroughly enjoy and part time at a local Pharmacy.
In
my spare time, I enjoy gardening, baking and especially crafting. I
started crafting about 15-20 years ago doing all sorts of crafts. When
the cricut came out, I was immediately hooked on it and now own the
Cricut Expressions, E2, Imagine and now the Cameo. I enjoy scrap
booking, when time allows, card making and creating gift idea's for
family and friends.
I
am so excited to be a part of My Craft Spot Design Team and hope you
enjoy my projects as much as I do creating them!
Have a happy day!!
