My Craft Spot Design Team
I have 8  very talented design team members!! Click on their names to explore their awesome blogs.

Hello all!  My name is Kate and I'm from Ontario, Canada.   My husband and I met in 1989 and have since  been blessed with three wonderful children.  I am self-employed, reviewing medical briefs and academic records for a private practice in neuropsychology.  I am also working part-time toward a Masters Degree in Education and Digital technology.  I hope to return to teaching one day as I have a passion for working with students with special needs and miss being in the classroom.

I've always enjoyed doing various types of crafts and was introduced to paper crafting about five years ago.  I began with a few cutting tools and what was once contained in a box has now exploded into an entire craft room where I love to spend my free time.

I am delighted to be designing for My Craft Spot and cannot wait to share my creations with you!

Hi everyone! My name is Ally Egaas. I live in beautiful Washington state, with my wonderful husband Jim, and our three amazing girls. I am a stay at home mom who loves being a homemaker. I've been paper crafting for several years. One of my favorite "tools" is my Cricut machine. I truly enjoy using my Cricut machine for card making and scrapbooking. Pairing ribbon, Cricut cuts, and stamped sentiments together really create heartfelt gifts that I love to give. When I'm not paper crafting I enjoy, knitting, sewing, photography, and cooking. I'm really looking forward to being a part of My Craft Spot Design Team!

I love crafts of all sorts, but have really fallen in love with paper crafting.  I love making little cards and 3D gifts for family and friends.    My husband is the best in the world, he not only supports me in this endeavor, he encourages me, and pays for it all!

My name is Heather.  I have been married for over 12 years, and have two adorable daughters age 7 and 8.  I am blessed with the opportunity to be a stay at home mom, and home school my children, so scrapbooking and papercrafting is a natural way to spend my spare time - especially since both my girls love to help me!  I love scrapbooking memories of my family, and in the last couple of years have grown to LOVE cardmaking - I love the instant gratification of  a completed project!  All the money I earn from selling my cards goes to build houses for widows and their children in Burundi, Africa through a ministry called Sister Connection.  So far I have earned enough to build 2 houses, and am chipping away at the 3rd one now.

Hi, I’m Robin, a military wife to my best friend and handy-man husband, who is currently active duty Air Force.  We have three wonderful daughters -(love and have fun with your babies, they grow up ever so quickly).  Ever since I was a little girl I was always creating something. When there were paper and scissors handy I loved making paper dolls. And in the summer when my family went camping I would create the most magnificent jewelry with the ''old'' pull tabs from soda pop cans, do you remember those {smile}.   Now days I love paper craft and creating using my cricut machine from 3-d projects to shape cards and everything in between. I hope you enjoy my projects as much as I love to make them.

Tanya

Hello everyone! My name is Tanya Adams and I am so happy to be the newest Design Team Member of My Craft Spot!  I live in Alabama with my sweet hubby (and biggest fan) of 33 years.  We have two grown sons and four absolutely beautiful grandchildren.  I have enjoyed some form of crafting for as long as I can remember.  I started paper crafting when my boys were in high school and I cringe as I look back on some of those first scrapbook layouts!  My love of paper, stamps and ink has grown considerably since those days and I like to think my skills have improved a bit also.  I've moved beyond my little crafting table in the corner of the bedroom to my very own "Craft Corner" and I love spending my free time playing with paper while my sweet little Yorkie, Lola keeps me company.  I'm excited to start this new adventure with Kimberly and her wonderful Design Team and I look forward to sharing my creations with you all!

Hello, everyone! My name is Karen Heins and I am ecstatic to join the talented My Craft Spot designers! I live in Michigan with two fluffy cats, will be marrying my best friend, and have an affinity for all things sweet and sparkly. My heart speaks clearest through artistic means, be it crafting, ballet, or baking. I thrive on creative adventures and strive to be a divine ray of sunshine through each. The majority of my projects go to I Feel the Love, where we deliver hope and love to those who are seriously ill, homeless, grieving, or simply need to know they are not alone. My favorite aspect of card-making is the details! I love pouring over each carefully selected element, tailoring the design to the sweet recipient. Everything I create is a reflection of my heart! I'm thrilled for this new journey and look forward to sharing my heartfelt creations with you. :)
